Dr. Ron Brizzie had a vision to one day build a practice around a holistic approach to the treatment of pain. This plan became a reality in 2009 when he founded Thrive Physical Medicine. By partnering his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry) practice with one of North County’s renowned chiropractors, Dr. Victor Tomassetti, and his patient-centric team at North Coast Chiropractic, Thrive was born!

Thrive’s medical team and patient services continue to grow and expand to provide its patients with the most choices in their care. Advanced diagnostic testing as well as specialty training and over 50 years of combined experience allows our team to accurately diagnose your condition. Once an accurate diagnosis is made, a personalized holistic treatment approach is created with a combination of medical services including physical therapy, nutrition, weight management, medication, chiropractic, injection, and/or massage therapy.
