Thrive Physical Medicine participates in almost all of the major insurance programs available in Southern California. We know that medical insurance has evolved into a complex world that is confusing to patients. We also understand that taking on this complexity and confusion at a time that you are in pain can make it more overwhelming.

At Thrive Physical Medicine we make every attempt to ease the process of insurance reimbursement for our patients. Our office does all insurance verification, billing and collections. Your insurance is verified before or during your first visit. Most of our claims are submitted electronically as a service to our patients. We personally follow through on all claims to be sure that the claims are not lost and that the information is transmitted accurately and is correctly coded.

We have years of experience in dealing with insurance carriers successfully and are very helpful to our patients when it comes to claim resolution.

Thrive Physical Medicine works with all patients to educate them on their care plan as well as the cost of that care and any financial responsibility that will fall on them after their insurance benefits have been exhausted.

During your first visit to our office, the Doctor will review your care plan with you and the treatments that will be necessary to get you well. You will then meet with a Patient Services Representative that will guide you through your affordable care options including a review of your benefits that we determined from your insurance verification process. If your plan carries a deductible, we will work with you to create a payment plan flexible to your needs if necessary.
