Thrive Physical Medicine exists to promote health and wellness for our patients that have been living with pain caused by injury, disease, stress or other medical condition. Our office is located in Oceanside, CA near Camp Pendleton. We have been chosen as a provider by Tricare for pain management and rehabilitation. With so many of our patients being family members of our active duty servicemen and women, it is important for us to support military families in good health every way we can.

Discounts on Services
Thrive’s extensive list of services includes medical care, pain management, physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, medical weight loss and medical nutrition management.

Although Tricare benefits cover most of our medical services listed for military spouses and dependents, some benefits such as chiropractic care and lifestyle treatments are not typically covered. We make those services as accessible as possible for family members and work with each patient to determine their ability to pay, offering special pricing to offset the expense.

We also extend our services to active duty personnel that wish to see our providers for additional treatment to what they receive through on-base medical. Understanding that typically Tricare does not cover them to be seen by our practice without a referral from a military Doctor, we offer active duty specialty pricing when requested. Patient Benefits
When it comes to choosing a healthcare provider, we know you have a choice. When Thrive is trusted with caring for a family member of military personnel, we make sure we go the extra mile to help them feel special and show our appreciation for them as a patient. Along with regular patient appreciation promotions and patient referral bonus opportunities, we have recently added active duty spouse massages as a way for us to say thank-you. On your one month anniversary as an active patient of Thrive, we will provide you with a gift certificate good for a one hour massage for your active duty spouse to be used within the next year. If they are deployed for a longer period of time, we will extend the offer to allow for their return.
Event Sponsorship and Hosting
On Base Events: For over 2 years, Thrive has actively participated in base-sponsored events through the many family services organizations at Camp Pendleton. We recognize that involvement on the local business level is critical to the success of base events and we look forward to continued support in the future.

In House Events: Thrive enjoys a central location on the border of Oceanside and Carlsbad at the 78/El Camino exchange. Our private courtyard and office space is ideal for evening events. Whether it’s a battalion’s spouse meet and greet, or a meeting for a base social or community group, we are happy to share our space. Our events coordinator will arrange for seating, refreshments and chair massages for your guests and create a pleasurable environment for you and your group to carry out your meeting agenda.
