Once your pain is reduced and stabilized, we start to correct your underlying problem and increase your range of motion and overall function. We will work to reposition any joints and restore balanced function to your muscles. It is most important to keep up with your scheduled treatment plan during this phase to achieve as much correction and alignment as possible. Without completing the Correction phase, the root of your problem can return.
Following Phase 2, you should be able to handle a reasonable amount of activity and prepared to advance strengthening to reach your treatment goals and solidify your progress.
